
Sherina Maye Edwards Appointed Chief Executive Officer of INTREN
INTREN has named Sherina Maye Edwards Chief Executive Officer after she served the company as a Board Member and Interim Chief Executive Officer. During her tenure as Interim CEO, the company experienced a record-breaking year financially, leading the Board to appoint her to the top leadership role. She previously served the company as Corporate Director. Sherina is a veteran in the energy and utility industry. She has practiced as an Attorney and Partner in Quarles & Brady LLP’s Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Group. Prior to that, she served as a Commissioner for the Illinois Commerce Commission. She was also appointed by President Obama to serve as Co-Chair of the Volunteering Information Sharing System Working Group for the U.S. Department of Transportation. Earlier in her career, she was an Attorney for both Locke Lord LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
