Peter Anderson Elevated to President and Chief Commercial Officer with AerCap

AerCap Holdings has promoted Peter Anderson to Chief Commercial Officer, effective March 2021. He currently serves the company as Executive Vice President and Head of EMEA, as well as Group Executive Committee Member. He initially joined AerCap as Senior Vice President of APAC through its acquisition of ILFC. Peter succeeds Philip Scruggs, who announced he will retire in March after a 26-year tenure with AerCap.

AerCap Holdings is an aircraft leasing company that engages in the lease, financing, sale, and management of commercial aircraft and engines. The company has 1,044 portfolio owned and managed aircraft in its portfolio as of December 31, 2020. The Dublin-based company has approximately 200 customers in about 80 countries. AerCap generated $4.937 billion in revenue in 2019.
