Aflac’s Audrey Boone Tillman Joins Equifax Board of Directors

Equifax has elected Audrey Boone Tillman to its Board of Directors. She currently serves Aflac as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where she has responsibility for legal matters specific to human resources, compliance, government relations, global cybersecurity and the office of the corporate secretary. Throughout her 25-year tenure with Aflac, Audrey steadily earned roles of increasing leadership capacity, including serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Services and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate Professor at North Carolina Central University School of Law. She has also been an Associate with the Smith, Helms, Mulliss and Moore law firm, and served as a federal judicial law clerk to Judge Richard C. Erwin, U.S. District Court for North Carolina.
