Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) Announces Board Changes

• Tun Arifin Zakaria has been appointed as Group Chairman of PNB. His appointment was announced following Tan Sri Dr. Zeti Akhtar Aziz’s retirement on April 30.

• Datin Norazah Razali has also been appointed to the PNB Board of directors, effective immediately.

PNB was established on 17 March 1978 as one of the instruments of the Government’s New Economic Policy (NEP). Over the last four decades, PNB has grown to become one of the largest fund management companies in Malaysia.
