23andMe Holding Co. Announces Executive Appointments

· Dr. Valerie Montgomery Rice joined the Board of Directors and Chair of the Compensation Committee of 23andMe. Dr. Valerie is the President & Dean of Morehouse School of Medicine. She is an infertility specialist and researcher and has held faculty and leadership positions at various health centers, throughout her career.

· Peter Taylor joined the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of 23andMe. Peter is the President of the non-profit ECMC Foundation and has earlier served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the University of California.
