Acreage Holdings Appoints Katrina Yolen as Chief Marketing Officer

• WeCommerce announced that Evan Brown, its Chief Financial Officer, will be stepping down in June 2021. Evan joined the company in 2019 and helped navigate WeCommerce to a successful public listing in December 2020. He will remain involved with the company in an advisory capacity to facilitate a smooth transition. 
• The company has commenced a search for a new CFO with the assistance of executive recruiting firms. Alex Persson, the company’s President, will assume the role of interim CFO while the company completes its search for a permanent replacement. Alex will continue to oversee acquisitions.
