Electro Rent Announces Executive Promotions

Electro Rent recently made the following promotions amongst its executive team:

• Michael Clark will lead the company as Global Chief Executive Officer. He was most recently the company’s Chief Executive Officer for the Americas. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer for Microlease until its acquisition by Electro Rent. he has also held senior leadership roles with such companies as Airvana, JDS Uniphase, and Agilent Technologies / Hewlett Packard Company. He supersedes Nigel Brown, who will stay with the company as a Consultant moving forward.

Jonathan Watson has been elevated to Chief Financial Officer. He most recently served the company as Senior Vice President of Finance, in addition to previously leading as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Global Controller. He has previously held finance leadership roles with Cydcor, National Technical Systems, and Deckers Outdoor Corporation. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
