Julie Anna Barker Promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer for ManTech

ManTech has elevated Julie Anna Barker to Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she will report directly to Kevin M. Phillips, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. Most recently, she served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer before accepting the role on a permanent basis. She joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, she served Northrop Grumman for 14 years, ultimately as Division Director of Human Resources for the Global Services Division of the Technology Services sector. She began her career in functional human resources roles with Virginia Commerce Bank and Datatrac Information Services.
