
Miriam Wrobel Appointed Senior Managing Director, Power & Renewables with FTI Consulting
FTI Consulting has hired Miriam Wrobel as a Senior Managing Director, Power and Renewables within Corporate Finance and Restructuring. In this role, Miriam will focus on clean energy strategic advisory across the deal lifecycle for the firm’s clients. Her advisory work will span energy transformation strategy, transaction structuring, diligence, ESG disclosure strategies and energy procurement. She was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer for Miriam Wrobel Consulting, where she advised on the financing of renewable, energy efficiency, storage, transportation and microgrid efforts for utilities, investors and large energy users. She previously held executive roles with Citi, Invenergy, and Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV). Earlier in her career, she served Rosen Consulting Group and JPMorgan in Associate level roles.
