Recruit Holdings Announces Executive Appointments
Recruit Holdings has made the following changes to its executive team:
- Chief Executive Officer-Elect Hisayuki Idekoba will add Head of the Corporate Planning Division to his responsibilities with the company. He most recently served the company as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and currently serves as a Board Member.
- Ayano Senaha will become Chief Operating Officer, overseeing administrative and corporate governance efforts. She has served the company in several roles thus far, including Managing Corporate Executive Officer and Head of the Global Talent Management Office. She previously held leadership roles with Indeed.com and Advantage Resourcing UK.
Recruit Holdings provides human resource technology, marketing media, and temporary staffing services. The Tokyo-based company has more than 45,000 employees and operates in more than 60 countries. Recruit posted revenues of 2,399.4 billion yen for fiscal year 2019.
