Jeremy Herauf joins Groupon Inc., as Chief Accounting Officer

Jeremy Herauf has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer of Groupon, Inc., effective April 12, 2021. He previously held various roles at the Company including Senior Director, International Controller from May 2019 to January 2020, Senior Director, EMEA Controller from February 2018 to April 2019, Senior Director, SEC Reporting and Accounting Policy and Head of EMEA Accounting from June 2017 to January 2018, Director /Senior Director, SEC Reporting and Accounting Policy from April 2013 to May 2017.

Groupon Inc., is an American global e-commerce marketplace connecting subscribers with local merchants by offering activities, travel, goods and services in 15 countries. Based in Chicago, Groupon was launched there in November 2008, launching soon after in Boston, New York City and Toronto.
