Loreto's prior executive search experience includes Caldwell Partners and CTPartners, where she was a Director in the Technology, Media & Telecom and Consumer & Retail practices. Her previous experience at a local search firm gives her a strong understanding of the local market and a clear view of recruiting talent.

Loreto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has extensive marketing experience in the retail and education industries. She is based in the firm's Santiago office.
