Michelle DesChenes is a Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle was a Managing Director with GattiHR — a national leader in HR search. She brings more than 20 years of experience in executive search and HR consulting to the firm.

Michelle has successfully led searches across the senior leadership suite, earning trusted partnerships in multiple industries, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Healthcare, Biotechnology, and Supply Chain & Logistics. She has provided expertise and support while developing strategic intiatives with her clients, advising in the areas of workforce planning, compensation, retention strategies and the development of key roles in DEI, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition & Development and Learning & Development.

Michelle attended Colby Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire and is an active member of the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA) as well as Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF). Michelle also represents Kingsley Gate Partners on the board for DisruptHR Boston and is a resident of Boston, Massachusetts.
